THE SWEET TOOTH - RAW WHEY PROTEIN

It consists of 150 calories, 17 grams of protein, 21 grams of carbs and 4 grams of fat.

- ¾ Cup milk
- ½ Cup frozen bananas
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 Scoop whey protein powder
Place the frozen banana and milk into a smooth brew until the banana is thoroughly blended.
Add the cocoa powder and chia seeds. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour it into a bowl and add 1 scoop of protein powder. Mix it well.
Let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
