Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 24 hour prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period. Cancellation request after receiving order confirmation call from us will not be eligible.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund only when the below condition fulfilled.
- Product is not unboxed/opened/damaged by customer
- In case of Wrong product received, firstly we will arrange replacement. If not possible then we can arrange for refund.
In this case, we might first receive the product from the customer and check it. For damaged product we provide replacement One time only.
we cannot provide a refund in the below condition
- Product doesn’t have any kind of manufacturing defect
- Product is unboxed/opened/damaged by customer
- Original product removed and identical powder or floor packed and asked us for product return and cancellation or any kind of cheating
- We doesn’t allow refund in case of courier delay.
- In case of refused delivery, refund will be proceeded after deduction of paid charges.
