Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the conformation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once shipped you may get delivery within next 4 to 5 working days.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery will be free above the product value or order value of above 599 INR. Priority will be given to the pre-paid orders.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur in the following cases,

1) Address is not clear or out of delivery area

2) Natural calamities

3) Payment is not processed

4) Any unavoidable circumstances

www.advancemusclemass.com ships to addresses within the India though its courier partner like Delhivery or FedEx or any other courier company (Advance MuscleMass has right to be choose preferable courier partner. )

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For any order status kindly contact us, if required.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.advancemusclemass.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you believe that product outer package is damaged then please do not accept the shipment from the delivery boy. We will ensure the replacement of the same at the earliest.
